   The food and service are second to none . Steak is always done perfectly and the truffle butter add is awesome. Their homemade bread is even spectacular . Although sides are a la cart, steak comes with a couple of small potatoes as garnish which was plenty for us. The decor is beautiful, however , it is wide open and loud.

   Had a great experience at Packards. Food was wonderful and service incredible. North of Tampa it's hard to find a quality steakhouse and Packards fit the bill! Will be back

   Entire staff was warm and welcoming. Alina was amazing, she was knowledgeable and delightful in personality. Kudos to the Chef, truly probably one of the most amazing steaks we’ve had prepared for us. Will definitely come again when we are back in the area.

   Packard's is a lovely looking venue. The food was delicious, but extremely expensive. $62 for a 6 oz Filet and $16 for some mushrooms to go beside it was a bit much. But we knew going in it was expensive, so I'm not really complaining about that...just want others to know before they go. We had what looked like a cozy booth where we could talk quietly and celebrate our anniversary. Our servers were lovely people, very attentive, efficient and pleasant. However, we were exhausted by the time we left due to having to yell across the table to make ourselves heard! We skipped coffee and dessert because we could not wait to get out of the bedlam! I cannot remember the last time we were in a restaurant that was so loud!!!! The acoustics are evidently non-existant and the din was deafening! They could put some plexiglass between the bar and the main dining room and something on the ceiling to dampen it. Unfortunately, the noise and the struggle to be heard above it, made for a very unpleasant dining experience and we would not go back there.

   Being a steakhouse it was disappointing to have a steak sent back twice. Overall the meal was very good. Service was excellent!

   The service and food were outstanding. It was very loud though, which took away from the overall dining experience. I would highly recommend the bone in pork chop, filet with truffle butter, creamed spinach, and the Maitake mushrooms. Highly recommended! You should go check it out!!

   Price was on the very high side. The food was good but seemed over priced. The selection of food offered was just average. Drinks were ok, although they do not have moscato - weird. I’d not likely return simply because of the prices for what you got.

   Phenomenal service and food. So hard to find both nowadays. Bone-in Filet and Alaskan King Crab Legs were amazing. Our server, Patrick, was outstanding and very attentive. Highly recommend.

    Food was delicious, noise level loud due to a wedding party. Not happy with our location of our table, next to kitchen and bathroom.
