He’s quick, efficient, and always ready with a friendly smile, making customers feel valued and welcome. Dairon professionalism and ability to anticipate needs without being asked make him a standout. Highly recommend!

Let me start off with the top notch service from Duanis and Dairon really impressed the group with his ability to memorize our orders. They both were attentive and always nearby when we needed something for our table. It helped that Dairon has tried all the food at the restaurant so he was able to recommend what was good. Most waitresses don’t know what to recommend which can make ordering difficult. If you come, ask to be served by one of them! They both were very respectful and sweet. The food was fabulous we ate ibéricos , garlic shrimps , Marinera paella All in all, I’d recommend this place for a nice birthday celebration or date night! 😊

My husband and I have been to Chef pacos way twice and both times Duanis was our server. He’s such a comforting presence, always smiling and making sure we’re comfortable. He makes excellent recommendations, from cocktails to appetizers, as well as entrees. He recommended we try the espresso martini’s and they were to die for. He also recommended the rack of lamb to my husband and he loved it. Everything was great and we will definitely return and will be asking for him from now on :)

In one word: EXQUISITE . From the food to the service to the ambiance. This restaurant is definitely one to become a regular at. The croquetas were out of this world, the grilled octopus 🐙 was to die for, and my all time favorite were the seafood paella . It was a perfect combination of textures and flavors. Cudos to the bar team for providing such a great cocktails 🍸 vibe!!

I love coming here and it’s not only because the food is good. The service is beyond any other. Every single staff member at this restaurant makes me feel like they’ve known me for years. The manager is the best example of a strong leader. Always willing to help! Dairon, so sweet and informative when helping decide what to pick from the menu. AMANDA!!!! the warmest smile. Thank you guys! I won’t ever stop coming back. 🤍

Service was was not good, waiter was lost. Food was serves at different times for a party of 8, missing side dishes. Side dishes were brought when everyone was done with their food. Show was great.

La comida es muy buena , pulpo a la plancha y la paella estuvo riquísima. Duanis somelier tiene amplio conocimiento y maridaje para toda la familia. Ambiente muy agradable con un servicio al cliente muy especial y un personal amable.

My first time at paco’s and I was not disappointed one bit. Everything exceeded my expectations and more. The food was amazing, and the atmosphere was perfect. Almost everything on the menu is shareable which plays a big part on if I want to come back to restaurants. Our server Dairon was one of the best waiters I have had in a long time. He was very attentive and very sweet. Top favorite restaurant in Miami Springs overall 10/10
