Pa’La means “for-the…” and it is forged in a passion to deliver food and wine that is inherently approachable and human to our community of people.
Drawing from coastal cultures of the Mediterranean and South America, ingredients are sourced locally with wild caught seafood, organic grains, and vegetables.
We created a wine program that complements the seasonality of our menu.
Focusing on organic, sustainably farmed, and high-quality products; curating a list of 300 labels, most accessible to all, and representing 15 countries, from the coastal Mediterranean, Europe, to the American continent.
Our draft beers are exclusively selected from local hand crafted breweries.
It is Pa’ La’s commitment to bring a unique and unforgettable experience to the people of Phoenix and beyond.

The tallow potatoes and flank steak was great. The radishes and burrata were under seasoned. The nori didn’t make sense with the radish. The gnocchi was overcooked.

                                                                                It was worth it to go for the Jazz. But the food was not as good as I hoped it would be. Very salty. The service was nice but a bit chaotic.

                                                                                Amazing wine list that was so long: had all levels of wine from affordable to crazy expensive. Very creative food: black cod miso was super. Server was very attentive and very knowledgeable. We were lucky to make it on a jazz band night: they were awesome! Just a great experience. I’m also turning 50, and I’m the one woman that doesn’t like chocolate: they actually had a flan with ice cream! OMG.

                                                                                Pa’la downtown is now my new favorite place! The service, cocktails, and food were top tier. The band changes daily, along with providing two different vibes between upstairs and downstairs. Great experience.

                                                                                Amazing! Definitely worth a stop! Amazing food, great service, good music, and awesome people! We sat upstairs in the lounge with a live Jazz band. The staff was amazing, and our waiter was amazing!
