   Had an excellent dinner with solid cocktails at Palace! The restaurant layout is very relaxed, lots of room between tables, especially the large circular booths. Makes for a wonderful private dinner. The service was very good, the sommelier especially. The food seemed obvious on the menu, but the flavors were interesting and delicious in a very good way! The portions are small, so if you are looking for a lot of food try the restaurant at La Fonda where the experience isn't nearly as good.

   Food was a marginally good value with a very nice presentation. Service was great! The octopus was good but the portion was tiny. The squid ink pasta portion was tiny and clams either overcooked or not fresh. The hamachi was excellent. Definitely a mixed review! Love eating in the lounge. Noise level perfect and lighting as well.

   This is a real gem. The chef is creative, the food is excellent and the service was great. For the price, very difficult to get better food. To me, the highlight was the hamachi crudo. I have had good versions of this dish before, but this stood out with the contrast of a little heat and the use of Asian limes, which were very fruity.

   In our experience, Palace may be the best overall restaurant in Santa Fe. Good location, ambience and service with excellent food.

   Service was an excellent balance between attentive and a respectful distance. All staff was excellent. I wanted to love the food. It sounds enticing and interesting on the menu. The presentation was very good but the taste wasn't all that special. The crab special I could have gotten at a Red Lobster and it might have had more flavor.

   As a foodie I must say I was impressed. First time visiting Santa Fe… this place did not disappoint. Daniel the server was great. The Hamachi was fantastic. The Executive chef from Puerto Rico I believe his name was chef Aus.. appreciate you stopping by our table to say hello. You were very kind. The whole Branzino did not disappoint. The Octopus was yummy. Shout out to the sommelier. Forgot her name. But she had a black Gucci belt on.. great job recommending the bottle of orange wine from Spain. I will be back !!! You guys were so kind to us.

    We enjoyed the outdoor seating area. It was perfect for a warm Spring evening. It was much more casual than the inside decor. We decided to have a series of small plates to share, and a cocktail & beer, rather than heavy entrees. Although a little pricey, we’d definitely come again in the future.
