The staff at Pamela ( Ellie, Carly and server Ruth) were outstanding in helping to set me up for success!! Food was outstanding and an awesome opportunity to showcase the Hotel Polaris and your beautiful decor for the holidays!! I will continue to hold meetings here whenever possible it's always a great experience. Thank you

Everything was superb with the exception of having to wait about ten minutes to begin my main course due to them not bringing the promised steak knife (and me having no silverware to eat with). Tried repeatedly to get wait staff's attention, to little avail. Otherwise, was a great experience.

Has JW Marriott vibes when you walk in, food was artfully prepared and delicious, service was very good. Menu is somewhat limited but all are culinary delights. My wife had the daily special of Flat Iron steak with Parmesan Truffle fries (delicious) and I went with the bison/venison Meatloaf and garlic mashed potatoes. Everything had great flavor and proper cooking (not overdone, not too rare).

Loved the view. The staff were very friendly. The corn chowder was very good and was served hot. Everything else was cold: the hamburger, the French toast, bacon and syrup.

Great atmosphere and the views of the front range and USAFA are spectacular. Service was good the food was good. The prices are pricier compared to other places with similar menu options.

Pamela’s never fails to impress! The ambiance is absolutely stunning—elegant yet welcoming, perfect for an unforgettable dining experience. I started with the Beet Salad, which was fresh and perfectly balanced. The Lamb Lollipops were cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The highlight was their evening special—truly a culinary masterpiece. The staff at Pamela’s are amazing—friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Their recommendations made the meal even more enjoyable. This has quickly become my favorite spot to bring friends when I’m in town. I can’t wait to come back and try their brunch—I’ve heard it’s just as incredible as dinner! Highly recommend Pamela’s for anyone seeking an exceptional dining experience.

Excellent meal and dining experience. Hosted my son and a group of his cadet friends for a dinner off campus. The staff and entire hotel ambiance are USAFA friendly, as were many patrons. It’s an honor to be part of that and a wonderful feeling when the hotel is so welcoming of the challenges and sacrifices our young men and women are making for our freedom. We will make this a frequent occurrence when in town - convenient, great food and friendly service. Highly recommend to any USAFA family for you and your cadet.
