We dined at Pampas on February 15th. The hostess stand was very chaotic and even though there were quite a few people working, the process was not at all smooth. They were focused on seating almost everyone in the bar area of the restaurant instead of the main dining area which was closer to the salad bar. The food was good and I especially loved the variety of the sausages. Our waitress seemed new and not very experienced by forgetting some of our requests. The establishment seemed to lack great management and needs improvement.

Super expensive and had a mandatory 20% gratuity added because it was Valentine’s Day. We waited for over 5 minutes seated and no one approached us to provide service so we got up and left. Horrible!

The establishment itself is very nice. Salad bar is mediocre most of the meat served was good. To many interruption fine to take order and bring your meat selections but then they want to take photos and want you to buy special alcoholic drinks. Been once wouldn't go back

They took too long to bring the meat to our table. Most of the meats were over seasoned. Waiter was not too friendly.

The food was just good. Priced a little high for what was offered. Service was ok, waiter did not have all the information for beverages on the menu. No red wine offerings with red meat options. Probably will not go back anytime soon.

Everything was awesome except that I printed a coupon from their website and they didn’t honor it - pretty irritating!

The price compared to what you get is not the greatest. The filet mignon was very over cooked, the pork loin was like sand in my mouth. The chicken apple sausage was yummy and so was the lamb. The rest really wasn’t seasoned and they automatically give you an aqua Pana bottle of water and charge you $7 for it. I know it’s rich people water, but it’s really gross and I would not have ordered that. But I thought that’s just how they serve your water. I don’t think I would go back or recommend the place.
