Over the past few years, the tract of Montgomery County between Horsham and Blue Bell has become something of a hot spot for exciting new restaurants. Thanks to Habib Troudi, it’s about to get one more in the form of Panache Wood Fire Grill. Carved out of the building that had been home to L’Angolo Blue, an Italian restaurant that closed earlier this year, Panache is based on a “simple concept,” as Troudi says, offering thin-crust Neapolitan-style pizzas cooked in a wood-burning, coalfired oven, as well as prime steaks, seafood and other new American cuisine. Once complete, the space will have two bars, one of which will also house the massive 10,000-pound oven needed to crisp up those pizzas and cook other dishes in castiron skillets.

Food was excellent but our server was not up to par. Forgot 2 soft drinks & brought an ice tea that no one had ordered. Was somewhat clumsy & disorganized. We were a party of 6 an ordered 3 desserts with the intent to share. The desserts were delivered & he provided 3 spoons. Perhaps he was new & nervous but he didn’t create a good impression.

We have eaten at Panache several times. The food is delicious and large quantities. The service was excellent and she kept refilling the water glasses. We love to go to Panache in the Spring,Summer, and fall. They have fabulous outdoor dining.

I enjoy eating here because of the ambiance and the crusty Italian bread The servers is usually very friendly and attentive However the food itself is very inconsistent I had the pan seared red snapper which looked delicious but was over cooked I will be back for the bread , the ambiance and the service but no more special occasions here for us

I was there with a group of eight for a Sunday brunch. The food was fine, and we had a lovely table by the window. The service was terrific. Maybe the best of all, where we were the noise level was such we could talk to each other. They had a good saxophone player, but his volume was too loud and other parts of the restaurant.

We had made reservations for 7:15 but did not get tabke till 7:45. The table was shaky and moving.It was extremely crowded and service was slow but good. Food was ok. Deserts were way below expectations and very expensive.
