Over the past few years, the tract of Montgomery County between Horsham and Blue Bell has become something of a hot spot for exciting new restaurants. Thanks to Habib Troudi, it’s about to get one more in the form of Panache Wood Fire Grill. Carved out of the building that had been home to L’Angolo Blue, an Italian restaurant that closed earlier this year, Panache is based on a “simple concept,” as Troudi says, offering thin-crust Neapolitan-style pizzas cooked in a wood-burning, coalfired oven, as well as prime steaks, seafood and other new American cuisine. Once complete, the space will have two bars, one of which will also house the massive 10,000-pound oven needed to crisp up those pizzas and cook other dishes in castiron skillets.

We have eaten at Panache several times. The food is delicious and large quantities. The service was excellent and she kept refilling the water glasses. We love to go to Panache in the Spring,Summer, and fall. They have fabulous outdoor dining.

I enjoy eating here because of the ambiance and the crusty Italian bread The servers is usually very friendly and attentive However the food itself is very inconsistent I had the pan seared red snapper which looked delicious but was over cooked I will be back for the bread , the ambiance and the service but no more special occasions here for us

We had made reservations for 7:15 but did not get tabke till 7:45. The table was shaky and moving.It was extremely crowded and service was slow but good. Food was ok. Deserts were way below expectations and very expensive.

We enjoyed our meal here. Crab ravioli was light and tasty and the chicken wings were the right combination of sweet and salty. Great crowd for a Thursday night!

We went for lunch for my friend's birthday. We were met with a very warm greeting. Jacki our server was very attentive wanting to make sure everything was to our liking. Even replacing warm fries with hot n crispy ones. Just all around ensuring our lunch n the birthday girl was having a great experience. Food was AMAZING..the grilled calamari with crab app was beyond! Everything else we ordered was so good. Can't wait to go back!

Made a reservation for brunch this morning. Our reservation was honored and the hosts were very nice. We were sat asked what we would like to drink and never saw our waitress again. 20 minutes later we decided to leave. Our order was never taken nor did we get our drinks. Very frustrating experience. Probably will never go for brunch again but their dinner staff is usually great.
