Another great experience at Pancho. The food was as amazing as ever— can not express how good the ceviche is. Everything is fresh, tasty, and perfect. The passionfruit margaritas are hard to go by. The wait staff was spot-on too, fast and always friendly. It’s a solid choice when you're in the mood for great, delicious food and yummy drinks. Definitely recommend it!

It's always a great experience dining at Pancho. Whilst the majority of the menu is gluten free, unfortunately some items are cooked in a shared fryer so are not coeliac safe. It would be amazing if this could change. Otherwise, love the venue, atmosphere, cocktails and food.

When we arrived our table wasn’t ready, staff were not very accommodating accepting us to just stand around waiting… we enquired about having a drink at the bar and were told no, an empty table out the front (we noticed and went back to ask if we could at least sit there and order a drink) it was a full 20 Minutes later till we were seated at our table. No apologies or hospitality shown. Food and drinks amazing, will be back but the service could use some improvement.

Such delicious, authentic food and drink, combined with an amazing, vibrant atmosphere and served by friendly, well informed staff. Ballarat is so lucky to have Pancho. Could not recommend more!
