Went here 2 nights in a row. Absolutely lovely to sit right on the beach and hear the water. Enjoyed a bottle of wine and 18month Parma ham appetizer. So very perfect.

This is hands down the best restaurant in Tulum. A kin to a four seasons experience. World class beautiful tropical feel. Amazing views, and great service. The food is a whole experience in and of itself.

We booked for lunch and I didn’t leave for 6 days! The restaurant was amazing, and the hotel looked just as good, so I sent my partner back to collect our bags from the hotel we were staying at and we settled in for the rest of our holiday!

Have been multiple times and always choose Pandano over Tulum. Lovely setting, service, and quality of food is superior for the region. Have the grouper if you can.

This hotel and restaurant are gorgeous! They had live music right next to our table and it was much too loud, my ear drums were sore after leaving! We had reservations and were sat right away, it didn't seem busy but our dinner took over 3 hours! About 30 minutes for our fist round of drinks and another 30 minutes for out appetizers, and the trend continued. We almost left without our desserts, tired of waiting, but we couldn't find our server to pay the bill so we were stuck! Very underwhelmed by the food and attentiveness from staff. I had the catch of the day and it was overcooked and bland. My husband's steak was cooked well but lacked any seasoning. The octopus and sticky chicken wings were the favorite of the table. The rosemary sauce advertised on the menu was undetectable. All 6 of us commented that our vegetables that accompanied our dishes were too hard/ undercooked to eat, especially the potatoes and asparagus. This meal set us back $750 USD. I expect better food and service at this price point! Also, they won't make a drink that isn't on the menu. We won't be back... Though we did get some lovely photos!
