Panorama brings the authentic flavors of Italy to the heart of the Old City, in the Penn’s View Hotel. Panorama elevates classic Italian specialties to new heights with a carefully composed menu of varied contemporary cuisine, such as house made burrata, hand rolled pastas and passionately crafted veal, lamb, steak & seafood dishes.
Panorama was recognized with a Guinness World Record as the World’s Largest Wine Bar via an award bestowed on its custom-designed winekeeper/cruvinet, which offers 120 wines on tap.
The restaurant is hyper-focused on wine, with up to 150 wines by the glass available at any time. Try one of our signature Panoramic Flights — a personal wine tasting offering a sampling of five different wines within a select group - from a selection of over 2 dozen fun and provocative themes.

    It’s a great wine experience, food is above average Italian, service is average to slow. Worth the try just for the flights of wine.

    I felt really fancy being in this restaurant every time our water cup was empty. They came and filled it up. They kept asking how are we doing? Do we need anything? I felt really catered too. I will definitely be coming back. They didn’t outstanding job.

    food was good but for the price, it is very expensive. service was good but after I was finished my meal, my dish sat in front of me for a long time.

    Panorama was beautiful, smaller than expected, but it made the setup better. It was great to experience a place I saw online that intrigued me due to their multiple wine options. The hostess was extremely nice, as well as my waiter, who was exceptional and very welcoming. Overall the restaurant was great in terms of the staff and the food was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, my friend and I couldn't truly enjoy the experience like we would have wanted to because we both noticed that the gentleman who was the manager for the night or the owner were unsure, purposely went to every table and greeted them except ours. It was not a situation where he didn't see us because the restaurant was too small to overlook the tables and right before leaving he went to the table directly next to us to greet a group that just sat down. This is a restaurant I would've considered going back to for their food options and staff but being the only black customers we were seemingly overlooked on purpose, it makes you feel unwanted by those that run the place. We even had nice interactions with a few of the other guests dining, but the manager sadly left a bad taste in our mouth.

    Our server, Rachel, was so good to help us out when we mistakenly came in unprepared for restaurant week. She was amazing. The pork was a little underseasoned and the bisque a little overseasoned but both still wonderful and an incredible experience.

    Everything was beyond outstanding! Wine flights, to focaccia, to pasta, entrees, desserts, and most importantly the staff! 100/10 experience
