We had a great time celebrating Valentine's Day. U snuck a message into the menu for my husband, which he so appreciated. We had the ribeye, and all the fixings. It was all above and beyond. We will be back!

An amazing night with a beautiful atmosphere. The staff was amazing, our server was friendly and attentive who helped us navigate the menu. The kitchen staff was a well oiled team they worked harmoniously together in the part we could see and were friendly to us, a few of them struck up a short conversation which was nice. The food was absolutely amazing. The complementary celery bread was light but seasoned well, had a good balance of flavour and chewiness. The French onion soup which I have always been afraid to try that we got was filled to the brim, the cheese was nicely melted, the bread crumbs perfectly done in the soup and not too much of an oniony flavor it had a beautiful balance. The beef Wagyu just melted in your mouth paired with the lobster mac and cheese as the side it was like a taste of heaven. The dessert was just as good, the cheesecake nice and rich, the cherries had a beautiful balance to the richness, the Carrot cake was a delicate balance of density and lightness, the icing and pecans elevated the flavour well.

Tough to find. Personalized menu wasn't pointed out to us so it was missed. Disappointing. Server was lackluster at best. She wasn't happy. Didn't stop by to check on us. Refilled water once. Didn't ask if we wanted another drink. We normally have 2-3 per meal. Had to settle for one drink with dinner. Food was good but not really worth going back. Especially at the prices. More of a gimmick. And with the terrible service, we won't be back. Too bad.

Food and service were excellent!!! The bathrooms were ridongculous!!! We were seated at the counter overlooking the kitchen. The chefs interacted us and were very polite and professional. We would have preferred a table in the restaurant where the ambience was made ch nicer.

A great spot and an interesting gimmick..Freezer Door. Food was a little better than other local steakhouses and prices reflected it. First Waygu steak experience was interesting. Different taste and texture than local beef. May be better cooked a little longer...medium rare to medium... Overall 7 out of 10

We can’t stop raving about what an incredible experience we had at Papi’s. We went for Valentine’s Day for our first wedding anniversary. From the arrival (with a glass of bubbles) to the unreal food and 7 star service to even the cookies at the end, we were blown away by every beautiful detail. It truly felt like we were guests in someone’s opulent home. We loved every single moment and cannot wait to come back with friends, family, and clients. Highly recommend. We are so lucky to have a venue like Papi’s in the area.

A unique venue as it seems like a meat shop and then they open up a large freezer door which is the entrance to the restaurant. You are seated right away in cozy seats. Our waitress was nice but was not familiar with the menu and did not offer any suggestions as she didn’t know what anything on the menu tasted like. Also she seemed to be aware of the prices on the menu and alluded to us which parts of the menu was not as expensive. It was almost like they felt sorry for us to spend money here. Anyway, the food was great and they gave a good amount of food if you ordered an entree. The appetizers were small for the price you were paying for but again it is fine dining and as expected! The dessert was fabulous, we ordered the cherries jubilee and they cooked and prepared the dessert at table side, including a little fire show!
