Pappare Ristorante and Bar is now open in Boston's North End. All pasta is made fresh on premise daily. We make our own papardelle, spaghetti and casarecce daily. Gnocci and ravioli are also made on premise. Seafood and vegetarian options available. Wine, beer and liquors available. Food was excellent! They accommodated a big group (8 of us) on a very busy night (marathon weekend). Everyone was happy with their meals. Service was great as well.

This restaurant is new and living down the street we wanted to try it and be supportive. Openings are always hard and there were some kinks in our experience. We get it and respect those issues. We started with the Chicken Parm "Spring Rolls" which were fun and tasty. Two of the three pasta dishes were very good (Carbonara and Vodka-Pink-Sauce with chicken. All pasta is made in-house, daily. I would go back to try it again and would order the Carbonara dish. We hope in an attempt to open as fast as possible, they purchased furniture quickly and pray, as they become more established, they will consider replacing the dining room chairs. Sadly, they are extremely uncomfortable and sitting for dessert, or another drink was a deal breaker. We wish Pappare the best of luck and hope we come to find it a good addition to the neighborhood.

We had a late afternoon reservation so the noise level was low. The food was incredible with fresh seafood and pasta made that morning. We will be back!

First time here. Fairly new place in the North End. Pleasantly surprised. Everything tasted yummy. Service was top notch.

The lobster ravioli & mushroom ravioli were solid choices. The Frutte de Mare spaghetti, shrimp scampi & lasagna were fine, but pricey for the flavor profiles… they were fine. The appetizers were disappointing. The fried polenta was pretty flavorless with none of the truffle coming through. The ambiance is a bit cheap with plastic baskets for bread & light “cafe” style chairs. Could definitely improve there. The servers were very good & attentive.

Excellent food and friendly staff! We have been twice. Lamb is perfect and all of the homemade pastas are excellent. Meatballs were some of the best I have had.
