   Beautiful building and interior! Food was decent but on the salty side. Chickpea "stew" was a "plate filler with little to no flavor. Branzino was good (if looking at a whole fish isn't your thing, ask them to cut the head & tail before serving). Spouse said the NY strip wasn't the best - it had silver skin left on which was difficult to chew. Waiter was extremely courteous. Bar drinks were slightly slow to be filled (it was a Sat night, go figure). This was our first time at Paradiso and we were surprised at how "lively" it was... loud music and a "going out" crowd.... would have been more enjoyable if it was a bit more laid back and easy going. I "get it", they are playing to the Bishop Arts demographic, but the building/decor does not match the music/vibe. Will definitely be back to have drinks on that fantastic patio for sure.

   After waiting 50 min past our reservation time, we were finally seated and no waiter was to be found. After 15 min, I was able to flag down management to bring us water. Several minutes after that, a waiter finally arrived. Throughout our wait, there was very poor communication between patrons and staff. It was very obvious that people who knew management were being prioritized. Will not be returning.

   Imagine our surprise when the restaurant indicated they no longer use Open Table and refused our reservation. Open Table?

   Second tone there. Good was very good. Had the salmon. It was excellent. Bar service was slow. Service overall needs to improve. Hostess didn’t really get it either. I would go back. Great ambience and food.
