   Unexpectedly good! Amazing wine list, dishes were well portioned and unique. Best foie gras in my life. Salad flavors were well balanced. scallop is perfectly made, not overcooked, just right. A perfect evening.

   We had a stellar experience at PARC Aspen! As out-of-towners, we trusted the reviews of where to dine, and the reviews did not disappoint! The waiters made us feel comfortable and appreciated. The food was scrumptious and portioned well that we could comfortably enjoy an appetizer to share, one entree each, and two desserts. We can’t say enough great things about PARC Aspen!

    A wonderful downstairs location across from the Aspen Art Museum. They have an interesting "Mocktail" menu. The food was tasty, especially the Apple and Root Vegetable Salad and the Creme Brulee. The chicken in the Coq Au Vin was a little dry.
