   Excellent in every way. Service was outstanding as well as food. Upscale dining in Covington. Don’t need to go across the Lake if you live in Mandeville/Covington areas. Might be a little pricy but well worth it. Great dining! Noise level was low which creates a personal atmosphere.

   Food was very good... wine list poor... noise level!!! OMG. So loud we couldn’t wait to leave!

   I love this restaurant, I have not been here in a while. But this is the second time I’ve been there that they have had problems with the pizza oven to the point that the dining room fills up with smoke, the servers are waving towels around an opening doors. I know they’re moving to a new location, I certainly hope the pizza oven is not going with them

   My past experiences at Pardo’s has always been wonderful and today was no exception! From our wonderful server, Debbie, to the quality of the food, to the upscale casual atmosphere, Pardo’s remains a favorite on the Northshore!! We each thouroughly enjoyed the fish special and the carrot soup was delicious.

   Their menu is amazing , the service was super slow, we would have had a couple of extra cocktails if they could have made them but they couldn’t get them to us in a timely manner. Long wait between second course and entree. But food is super good.
