   Every time we go to this restaurant, the service is excellent and the food delicious! The atmosphere is also very nice. We were seated in the blue dining room with the chandelier which appeared to have been recently remodeled.

   We love Park and Howard. It’s our go to place for ladies lunch. The service, atmosphere and consistently delicious food keeps us returning time and time again.

   The food is delicious and the space elegant and relaxing but it is somewhat crowded. This makes the officious waitstaff even more intrusive. They snatch your plates away when you put down your fork for a minute, and lurk around in back of diners looking for things to do. One of my colleagues said that this must be a management issue, that waiters are pressured to look busy or to hurry patrons. I personally will not be back.

   Made a reservation for Sunday evening. Had beef tartare and little gem salad. Both were light and delicious. For dinner shared risotto and rib eye. Steak was cooked perfectly. Service was swift and polite. Will go back

   Our favorite downtown Burlingame restaurant! Not only is the food exceptional, the service is top notch! I highly recommend the gnocchi, salmon and ribeye!

   We reserved a table for dinner back in December on our way to Hawai'i, and then again in April on our way home because we find that the meals are excellent and the actual service is outstanding. However, on both visits, we were told upon arrival that there was a private function in the dining room and we were put into a small, dark room at the rear of the restaurant which was accessed from outside. The seating was very tight; the noise level was loud. There were five or six tables in the room and it was very obvious that the guests in that room were apparently not dressed appropriately for the restaurant (us included as my husband had on shorts and a t-shirt). Menu options, quality of ingredients, talents of the chef and excellent service were the same as the main dining room and no complaints there. However, dining is also ambiance and that was sorely lacking. If shorts and t-shirts are not acceptable, it should be noted on the site.

   This was a great place for a business lunch. Most places around Burlingame are pretty loud, but Park and Howard was pretty quiet, but still lively. The waitstaff was great, the perfect combination of being attentive without being over-the-top. We all really enjoyed the food. Between us we had a Kale salad, a Burger and Risoto. The highlight of the restaurant might be the wine list. Even the wines by the glass are solid choices, but the wine list has many great selections to fit most budgets.

    Our waiter was wonderful, so I hesitate to give that a 4/5. However, the kitchen forgot my granddaughter's order. She is not a picky eater so ate from everyone's plate while she waited, but it came about 10 minutes after we were all served. Other than that little glitch - apps were great, dinner was fantastic and service was wonderful. Quiet atmosphere so we could all talk.
