Park is a backcountry lodge-inspired craft distillery in the heart of Downtown Banff. Gather 'round for campfire-inspired cuisine and wood-fired rotisserie specialties paired with our award-winning small-batch spirits distilled in-house. We are the only distillery located in a Canadian National Park so don't miss our free daily distillery tours for an exclusive look into our boutique distillery, where we hand-mill, hand-mash and hand-distill to preserve the purity of our ingredients. We had a reservation and were sat next next to the door despite asking for another table and there being other tables open. The hostess was dismissive. Once seated, we waited for 15 minutes before the server came. We ordered rinks and some cornbread to start. Waited 20 minutes for the drinks and 30 for the cornbread. The food was just OK - rotisserie chicken was dry but flavorful, burger was mediocre. There are plenty of better places to go in Banff - I recommend you skip this place.

Everything was excellent!! Food and cocktails was absolutely amazing and the price was excellent. We are a large group and everything came out quickly and cooked perfectly. Will definitely be a regular dining spot for us in Banff.

This was the perfect place for dinner on a Wednesday evening – it wasn't busy and we were seated right away, even though we were early for our reservation. We ordered the Sawback (spicy pineapple) and hard root beer cocktails and they were great. For dinner, we had the rotisserie chicken sandwich and the bison burger, and the portions were huge and the food was amazing. The fries are super crispy. Highly recommend!

Server and ambiance were great but maybe hit an really off night for the food. My partner ordered the NY striploin medium rare, it was almost as though it was boiled/cooked in peppercorn sauce it was served with instead of grilled. Very wet/soggy like a stew, brown through out and a very fatty/tendon cut for a strip loin. I ordered the chicken and ribs, the ribs were very dry(I know this can be from smoking process but it was extreme) and tough, difficult to get off the bone and very little meat, the chicken was okay but very little meat also for the over 50 price point . The shrimp starter and potatoes sides were very good though. Was disappointed as we had heard a lot of good things, but the mains, especially the steak were really not great at all.
