Park is a backcountry lodge-inspired craft distillery in the heart of Downtown Banff. Gather 'round for campfire-inspired cuisine and wood-fired rotisserie specialties paired with our award-winning small-batch spirits distilled in-house. We are the only distillery located in a Canadian National Park so don't miss our free daily distillery tours for an exclusive look into our boutique distillery, where we hand-mill, hand-mash and hand-distill to preserve the purity of our ingredients. Our spirits are like no other in the world, because there is no other place in the world like Banff.

AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING! This was our second visit to Park Distillery, the first time just for drinks and second drinks and food. The service from the waiting staff and the bar staff was excellent. W e sat at the bar and the bar staff were fantastic, very attentive and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We have been in Banff nearly 2 weeks now and we think this was the best meal and experience we have had so far. We ate the rack of ribs and the bison burger….OMG they were both amazing, incredibly delicious, we didn’t want the meal to end lol. We also had some awesome cocktails and will be back again for cocktail happy hour! We would highly recommend visiting Park Distillery, if you’re in Banff this place is a MUST visit! Thank you for a fantastic meal and drinks!

Diverse menu. Trout was cooked perfectly! The other food was also pretty good. Fun to try the gin flight. Not a fan of their grain based vodka. Service was very friendly and attentive. Atmosphere felt a little dark and a touch dingy for our liking. Good background music and not too loud so can easily have a conversation.

This a great local Banff gem. They have creative and delicious drinks. They menu items are top notch and they always offer seasonal extras. The view from upstairs is worth requesting to sit on the deck in the summer or by the fireplace or windows in the winter.

"Upscale Pub Food" is probably a good tag. Good plates/portions and a fun atmosphere. Mathieu our waiter was great!
