I recently dined at your restaurant with my father and girlfriend, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. While the evening started on a positive note, it quickly took a turn due to intrusive service and deceptive practices. First, the menu we were presented with in person was completely different from the one we viewed online, which was misleading. Our waiter, Alex, repeatedly pushed us towards the more expensive items on the menu, which felt like an attempt to upsell rather than providing genuine recommendations. Although the food wasn't bad, it didn’t justify the high prices, and we believe there is better value for money elsewhere. When we received the bill, we were shocked by the amount, especially since we were supposed to receive a 10% discount for being recommended by our hotel. This discount was not applied initially, and we were also charged an additional service fee, which was not explained to us. When we questioned this, Alex informed us that the receptionist should have taken a photo of our hotel room key, something we were never informed about. After some back and forth, Alex brought us a new bill with the 10% discount applied, but the service fee remained. The manager then intervened, apologizing for the inconvenience and removing the charge for three drinks from our bill, which we appreciated. However, as we were leaving, we thanked Alex, only to be rudely ignored. When we thanked him again, he responded with, "Forget it, there is no point. I have been told I have to pay for the drinks you haven’t, and I’m here for nothing tonight." This was shocking and completely unacceptable. He even went so far as to tell us to "leave and get out." We immediately reported this to the manager, who apologized once again, but we hope this matter is addressed properly. This experience left a bitter taste in our mouths, and we certainly won’t be returning.

The experience was fabulous. The service, music, food and the show were perfect. We celebrated our anniversary, and they took care of everything. Recommended. Todo estuvo de maravilla, los meseros, el gerente, la musica, el show y la comida estuvieron espectacular. Celebramos nuestro aniversario y tuvieron atencion a todo el detalle, hasta nos dieron un pastel muy rico y original. Reomendado

The customer service was amazing and outstanding ! views were so beautiful, the food was really good too! What i loved the most was the customer service though 1000/10

Realmente había conocido Parole y me había gustado. Hoy quedo decepcionado que dicho restaurante va en picada o llegue demasiado tarde. Espero que en un futuro recapaciten y puedan resurgir. Hoy ni el clima funciona. No hay show y no tienen asistencia de clientes.

Our food was great, the service was great, and the entertainment was certainly a great bonus. The pear salad, in particular, was next level. We will return.

Muy buen servicio, la comida muy buena sin ser nada extraordinario, lo que se espera por el lugar y el costo, ai cobras promedio 450 por plato se espera buena comida y es lo q entregan 👌🏼

Worst place ever, we had to move to another restaurant to celebrate our 20 year anniversary. They didn't had anything from the menu and the real menu is shorter than the one published here. Prices are too high for what they offer. The place is pretty but it doesn't even have ambient music. The waitress service was ok.
