The people who took our order were not very pleasant. They wanted us to order quickly and we felt pressured to eat because they came to ask if they could pick up the plates when we were talking and we still had food. We had to wait for the second course. They didn't serve everyone the second course at the same time and they left me waiting for half an hour while the others had already eaten. I complained about the delay and they answered me rudely. The price is too much for such bad service. Honestly, this is not a Mexican restaurant and a steakhouse or grill restaurant as its name says.

We had an incredible dinner with drinks. The food was delicious, the plates came out nicely spaced. The staff were exceptionally personable and attentive. The drinks were delicious. Couldn’t fault it!

Service was fantastic, staff were extremely friendly. Food was Delish but the portions were marginally a bit small for the price point. Amazing overall tho.

I really enjoyed our time at Parrilla. The food was fantastic. The crab tostadas and the pork sopes were delicious. I will definitely go to Parrilla again.

Probably as authentic as the majority of its clientele would care for. Grand for the neighbourhood, but definitely not the place to take your Mexican other half for their birthday. The food has passable familiarity to what one might expect, for the most part. (The michelada won’t, and the sweetcorn will depress if you have hopes for elotes, as will the pico de gallo.) Tortillas are not as scarce a commodity, nor are lines. It is supposed to be typical Mexican food, the ingredients aren’t scallops, or morel mushrooms, or truffles. I’m not saying they even have to be standard portion sizes, but there is no reason to skimp to the extent found. It just engendered ill will.

We went for a birthday dinner and had such fun! Food was terrific, staff really nice. Drinks were super stylish. Our main courses were slow coming out - possibly as it was 8.30pm - but we were having fun and relaxing so it wasn't a big deal for us. I would definitely go back.

Nice meal with a nice atmosphere. Service was good, very friendly but a few forgotten dishes/ slow. Portions were small and expensive in comparison to other restaurants in the same category.

Really great menu. Loads of options on the bites section, which was great for sharing! We loved the Tuna Tostada, Carb, Jalapeños Croquetta, and Padron Peppers. We also tried all of the tacos, which were nice but not outstanding and a little on the small side. Chips were also on the small side, but loads of guacamole! Cocktails were really good, but a little slow once the restaurant got busier. The staff were all very nice, and the waitress gave some great recommendations!
