We loved our cuisine! Bentley was excellent at explaining the menu, the hotel, and overall a very gracious steward of all things Pasque. Can’t wait to go back.

This is a great addition to the downtown area. So nice for Denver to have a design forward hotel and the location is convenient. All of the food was amazing. It was a Tuesday night, but very quiet, so good for older guests who may have difficulty in loud restaurant settings. Our server was lovely; knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the food and design. Will definitely be back!

Great service at Pasque. We went upstairs for a drink and to check out Stellar Jay afterwards; the bartenders were so incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. Hipster male bartenders with horrible attitudes. SJ should definitely fix that!

My apologies for you not being sat immediately . When speaking with our staff member it seems that there may have been a misunderstanding. As we have many guests who come to look at the design of the hotel he was simply suggesting that perhaps you may enjoy a look through of the space while your guests arrive. By no mean was he refusing service. We apologize the misunderstanding and inconvenience this may have caused.

Absolutely, hands down, no doubt about it, fly me to the moon, pie in the sky, this was the best meal and service I’ve had in Denver. High end dining experience with the delightfully warm and highly skilled Brandon serving. A memorable birthday dinner that we will not forget. Be back soon!

Absolutely stunning restaurant and building. The cocktails were fantastic and there were some truly stellar menu items such as the beignets (more like fritters), carrots, and desserts (especially the sunchoke brulee). Some of the other items were not as strong (the crab soup was too salty and the squash had a bitter herb component that was odd). Overall, definitely recommend! An elegant night out!
