Great staff. Will take care of your every need. Presentation of the dishes was excellent. I found food served at lukewarm temperature. The trout tasted fishy! Maybe living in CO has made me particular. Our trout tastes very fresh and no fishy smell or taste. My grandson dined with me and agrees with my tastes. He has dined at many Michelin star restaurants so he has developed experience in tastes of good food. The waiter noticed we were returning most of the trout uneaten and asked how we liked it. We responded honestly but no compensation was offered.

Enjoyed sharing two vegetables and one salad amongst the four of us. We then had an entree each and shared dessert. Wonderful combinations of tastes!

Each course was incredibly! Starts were spinach croquettes and the other carrots. Second course lamb ragú tagliatelle, diver scallops. All sauces were remarkable. Main course was bass with another great sauce and perfect size. Amazing chocolate cake with delicious filling and topped with gelato. Our server was great, helpful with recommendations and timed our meal perfectly.

The food was good but portions were small. The drinks were absolutely fantastic. The desserts however were unimpressive.

Food forgettable. Got the signature burger, boring and server didn’t ask for doneness level, so overcooked. French fry side appeared to have been sitting around for a while before served. Burger was way over priced for quality. Side salad was leaves of Butter lettuce with nothing else except an insipid vinaigrette dressing.

Hi Larry, Thank you for your visit to Pasque. I'm sorry to hear the burger wasn't to your liking. Our burger patties are server thinner which is why our staff doesn't ask for temperature. We hope this doesn't deter you from returning. Our priority is the guest satisfaction and experience. And we would love the opportunity to demonstrate that to you.
