   Esperienza più che positiva…. Locale grandissimo e bellissimo. Cibo vario e di qualità. Servizio molto buono. Insomma una esperienza da non perdere. Consigliato a tutti. Ritornerò sicuramente!!!

   Horrible experience. We booked a table for 9:30pm and were immediately rushed and given funny looks by the staff. We first tried to order a bottle of wine and the staff told us we could not do this so we were forced to pay by the glass - but we didn’t mind about that. We then ordered our food and my friend’s carbonara was extremely salty that she could not eat it (normally she would not have spoken up but it was inedible). A staff member took it away and came back and said that they could no longer offer my friend a carbonara however she can offer her a tomato pasta. My friend accepted and ate around 1/2 of the pasta since this too was cold and had obviously been sitting out for a while. Whilst this was going on, we asked for chilli oil for our pizzas, and the waiter brought over olive oil which we did not realise until we put it all over our pizzas. Then the bill came, and they tried to charge my friend £18 for a tomato pasta which she did not want in the first place and which was £14 on the menu. We asked the waiter if there was any way they could rectify this so they took the bill away and only took off £1. I know it’s only £3 difference, but that is not the point! As a well established restaurant, there should have been measures in place to rectify this. We have eaten here before and it was not like this experience. Do not let customers book a table for 9:30pm if you are not prepared to serve them!

   Nice food, but we went for the £20 'bottomless pizza' on a Friday - only to be told (a) ALL diners need to have it, otherwise everyone has to choose from the main menu (no good if one person out of 5 wants pasta and not pizza, for example). Then (b) we were told by the waiter that it applied to Sundays only (this despite our email confirmation stating it applied on Fridays and the front of house waitress showing us the bottomless pizza flyer and explaining about the 'all party rule'). We showed the waiter the email saying it was offered on a Friday but he in turn pointed to the menu in which it says Sunday only. All in all, miscommunication on all fronts - so only go for bottomless pizza on a Sunday and only if all of you want pizza...otherwise the offer is irrelevant and a waste of time!

   The restaurant manager has attitude. We walked in, he said no table and stopped his colleague to offer us alternative standing table. What’s worse, he highly recommended us to try another restaurant next door. Dramatically, I made reservation in 5 mins on Opentable, it confirmed reservation immediately. Not sure if the manager is pushing business out or racist.

   Good vibes. Food was good but the carbonara wasn’t very hot and I’ve eaten nicer versions with less claggy sauce.Our waiter wasn’t particularly attentive and we had to chase for our wine to be delivered after we’d had our starter.
