We go often so tried it for New Year’s Eve Service and food was just as excellent as a slow night

Service was terrible. Had a reservation for 8:00 and the hostess tells me it’s a 30min wait. Waiter never came back and had an attitude and the food was mediocre at best and definitely not authentic Italian. They included his 20% tip since we were 7 people so I assume that’s why he could care less. There are a ton of Italian restaurants that are a lot better than this place.

We decided last minute to go out for dinner on New Year’s Eve and made reservations just a few days prior. We were not rushed, food was terrific and piping hot, waiter was on point, and most of all he had a great sense of humor.

Best New Year’s “early” eve. We had 7:00 reservations and were there till after 10! So much fun. Excellent food and leisurely service. Place was super busy but we were well taken care of. Loved the birthday celebrations. Fun, fun, fun.

We were seated promptly but after 20 minutes no one approached our table. We had to ask the hostess to send someone over. All the pastas were overloaded with sauce and lukewarm. The entire place was so loud that we had to yell to talk across the table.

This was my 3rd visit to Patrizia with great hesitation. 2 previous visits I was overcharged on several dishes that were ordered. Had I not been diligent in reviewing my bill I would have missed the errors. I had to waste my time on these occasions to wait for a manager to rectify the bill. So now lo and behold on my most recent visit the same exact problem occurred…. I was overcharged $10….appetizer cost was in error, 2 main dishes was in error. Again same scenario I was ignored by the waitress and after I waited 20 mins I took myself up to the front of restaurant and of course waited again for the mgr Walter. My bill was rectified. The mgr gave me a $50 restaurant gift card to use on my next visit which I can assure you it will not be used for the food. Lastly I could only say how many people were overcharged and did not clearly reviewed their bill.Nice way to make extra money on misrepresented food prices from your menu.

Restaurant snob here! This restaurant is now a fav. Great food excellent service-real NYC vibe. We went on a Saturday which at first I didn’t think I would like because they have a DJ. I was wrong. The DJ played all the right music for my age group and everyone was having a great time. This is very much a family restaurant where you can take the kiddos.
