          Hostess was rude. The avocado in my salad had more black than green. Green beans were bland. Our waiter was amazing! The filet was good, but the rib eye was over cooked.

          As a whole we were pleased with our experience! Everyone loved their drinks. Their martinis are amazing! Everyone’s meal was delicious and good quality. We would definitely come back. My only reason we knocked off a star was because we ordered a side of brussel sprouts and they were undercooked. Our forks could barely pierce them, so we notified our server so they could finish cooking them. The server forgot to bring out the Brussels sprouts (at this point we forgot about them too). It wasn’t til later in the night after we left that we remembered. At that point, it was too late and we were still charges for them. :(

          The restaurant is nice, nice location. Service was great, honestly 8.9 out of 10 for service! The food offerings for thanksgiving were very limited, which I dislike-if I’m going to a restaurant for thanksgiving it’s because I don’t want turkey or any traditional thanksgiving food. Ordered a ribeye steak. Ordered medium rare, slightly undercooked which is better than overcooked however, very bland and under salted. Mash potatoes-fire, green beans under flavored and rubbery. Beer I ordered was supposedly on tap- no way that was tap beer, it had an off taste, nonetheless I still had three lol - it’s thanksgiving! I’d go back to try other regular menu options but not for thanksgiving for sure.

          Visited this location several times, made reservations 3 weeks ago for an inside table for 6 people for my husbands birthday. Arrived to the restaurant on time and was informed my party will be placed outside as the restaurant only have two tables that seat 6 people and tables are occupied. Very disappointed, if you only have two tables to seat 6 people close the restaurant options to pick inside or outside. We ended up seating at a tables that was cold and near the kitchen and canceling our parents from coming because they are older and could not seat in the cold for dinner. Ended up spending $450 for 4 people and left disappointed my husband could not have his parents attend. Note: the staff and food was food, no complaints.

          I recently had the pleasure of dining at Paul Martin’s American Grill in Rancho Cucamonga, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was lovely, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made our evening special. The service was outstanding—friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Our server made sure we had everything we needed and added a personal touch to our dining experience. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. I ordered the seafood pasta, which tasted incredibly fresh and was seasoned to perfection. My wife opted for the BBQ ribs, and they were a highlight of the meal. The meat was so tender it practically fell off the bone, and the BBQ sauce was sweet and flavorful. To top off our meal, we shared a cheesecake for dessert. It was, without a doubt, the best cheesecake I’ve ever had—creamy, rich, and simply divine. Overall, I highly recommend Paul Martin’s American Grill for anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just enjoying a night out, this place is sure to impress.

          Place was busier than I had experienced in a while, but food and service not the quality it used to be. Staff used to always stress they were a "scratch kitchen", but tonight showed that could not be. Grilled chicken on the Asian Chicken Noodle salad was dry, tough and not even heated. Ordered an appetizer that never because the entrees literally were served within minutes of ordering.
