          The food was delicious as usual and promptly came out of the kitchen. Our server was kind and efficient. The only thing lacking was that we waited for our table, 40 minutes even with our reservation and had to sit outside with heaters. We requested to be seated inside but were denied due to extreme overcrowding and lack of space.

          Had reservations for NYE waited maybe 5 mins or so got seated. Waitress was great, attentive. The food was delicious. All in all a great NYE dinner. No muss no fuss.

          The food was excellent but nothing was very hot. We had to send the soup back to be reheated and the entres were also lukewarm warm. Two of us ordered Chilean sea bass and the flavor was excellent, though it would have been improved it had been served hot. My husbands steak was cooked perfectly, but again not hot. We recognize that it was a very busy evening, being New Year’s Eve. All that said, our server, Wendy, was very accommodating!

          I usually really like Paul Martins but the menu is a bit stagnant, hasn’t changed much. My husband’s fish was undercooked even after sending it back.

          I took friends to Paul Martin’s and I ordered a filet medium rare ($58!) and split it with my wife. It arrived medium +. I tried to keep it anyway but it tasted like dry charcoal so I sent it back. After waiting for a replacement long enough, I asked to speak with the manager because we hadn’t seen our server for a while. She didn’t come to the table for another 9 minutes and brought the replacement steak with her. Everyone was finished eating and our dishes had been cleared. I told her it was too late and I didn’t want it anymore. She argued! She didn’t bring a plate or utensils for my wife either. I had to tell her three times I wasn’t taking it. I also emailed corporate but never got a response. I don’t think we’re going back anytime soon. For $2 more I can get a better filet and better service at Flemings in the same mall.

          Steak was Over Cooked. However, the waiter did ask to return it. They were busy and I didn't want to keep my date waiting.

          The food was really good, but small portions for the price. Service was terrible. Really slow and the server never did the small things like check on us or refill waters. The noise level was too loud to carry on a conversation. There are way too many restaurants that get it right to waste time at Paul Martins. We won't be back.
