Pazzo is an Italian restaurant in Red Bank serving a variety of traditional menu items, along with several unique family recipes and other creative fare.     Our server, Brian, was fabulous. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and most importantly about gluten free options. He was also knowledgeable about cross contamination which is exceedingly important for a person with Celiac Disease. The food was great! I had the Chilean Sea Bass in tomato broth. The flavors were terrific and the fish was sublime. The other three diners with me ordered off of the specials. They ordered the lobster tails, the fruta del mare and the stuffed lobster. The three of them loved their dishes. I love the gf bread and I do not mind paying the additional $6 to get it! The only very minor issue was we felt our wedge salads were under-dressed so we asked for extra dressing and found out when we received the bill that we were charged for the dressing. It was a nominal charge, $4 for two, but I didn’t feel good about the surprise of it with the bill. Overall, a wonderful dining experience!

    We are sorry to say we were very disappointed we went to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and the food was very dry and expensive. We come here for special occasions . Service was just okay. We usually have a great experience .

    We’ve been coming here for Christmas Eve dinner since 2020 and it’s always been great. Service and food is always spot on. Everyone here is very friendly and hardworking

    We had a large family group that came together to share Christmas. Our server was great, but we had some time issues and either our order was never submitted to the kitchen or the kitchen lost it. It took an hour from the time we ordered to get our food. I’m a huge fan of chicken piccata. And honestly, this is the worst example of chicken piccata I’ve ever had in my 63 years of life. Barely cooked chicken breast, slapped on top of some pasta with some capers so on top. Sadly, I really really wanted to like this restaurant.

    I am a huge fan of Pazzo . The food and ambiance is always great. We had reservations at 5:15pm for a 7:30 show at Count Basie. The table wasn't ready until about 5:45pm and food wasn't served until about 7:05. I never complain about one of my favorite restaurants, but we were late for the show, which was annoying , especially since they knew we were going to the show and reservations were 2hr and 15 min booked. All in all, the food was great ...a little expensive, but everything is these days. I still recommend Pazzo for dining.
