This booking accommodates up to 12 people, ensuring an intimate and memorable gathering. Each reservation is for 1 hour and 30 minutes, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the unique ambiance and relax in your private igloo. Available time slots are: 4:00 PM - 5:30 PM | 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM | 8:00 PM - 9:30 PM Please note, the price covers the igloo reservation only—food, beverages, and additional services are not included.

                                          Non sono rimasta molto soddisfatta perché le foto della terrazza con la piscina e la vista dell’Empire non rappresentavano il luogo dove siamo stati accolti. Doveva essere specificato all’atto della prenotazione che per accedere a quella terrazza occorreva pagare una fee in più

                                          The worst most uninterested waitress in NYC. We literally left. Someone needs to remind the staff that they signed up to make a living in the SERVICE industry. NYC has plenty of charming spaces. Skip this one!

                                          We were here with our adult children on the last day of our New York vacation. What a spectacular ending! Beautiful views, spectacular, cocktails, and amazing staff. Some of the best pictures of the trip. Love Love Love

                                          The event was marketed as a Grey Goose holiday pop up. Other than some Christmas decorations, there was no special menu or anything to distinguish the event from just a quiet hotel lounge. The hummus appetizer we got had all hummus and very little to dip in it, and the drinks were just okay.

                                          We had to leave. We had an 11 o’clock reservation. There was no one there. We had to we walk over to the restaurant next-door at the IV and they said they would find someone. Eventually, a bartender came and started setting up the bar and completely ignoring us. We sat there till about 11:30 and got up and left.

                                          It took 10 minutes to figure there was no hostess as there was no one at the entrance. Once seated service took very long and dishes came out incorrectly. Even check was incorrect and needed to be corrected when I went to pay.

                                          This place was such a disappointment!! I think they bank on the name drawing people in. We waited for about 15-20mins and was then told...no server, have to order at the bar! We left after one drink!
