It's rare that I treat myself to Prime Rib..I did and it was delicious. Exactly the way I like it cooked.!

This was not the best experience this time. We have been here many times and this was failure. Wrong items were brought and a main course was given to the wrong table and we had to wait 15 min for the new course to be delivered. They also forgot my dressing. It was just an epic failure.

Overall, it's not bad. Although there are a few things to note. We went during this busy holiday season, and it filled up fast. Made a 4pm reservation and got seated at 4:25. Place was empty when they finally brought us to our table, so I'm not sure why we had to wait 25 minutes to get seated. Our waiter Patrick was very friendly and tried his best but got overwhelmed towards our main course because the place filled up in literally minutes. Drinks came quick, as well as the biscuits, which were stale and hard. When the main course arrived, I asked my server for another drink, but that never came. However, food was delicious. My wife and I really enjoyed our main courses, and that combined with our window seat veiwing the beautiful SD harbor made up for anything negative mentioned above. We will go back. Maybe wait until the holidays have passed.

This is my family's second visits to Peohe's this year. This time we celebrated my daughter's birthday and everyone had an amazing dinner. We personally love their outside deck dining because you can see beautiful downtown San Diego. So even on a cold San Diego evening with mild fog rolling in, it was beautiful!!! They amazing heat lamps by the way. Carrie provide excellent service, considering there was a bit mishap in the dinner arriving for everyone. She handled herself beautifully with my family and a smile and made sure everyone was taken care of. Essentially since no manager on a Friday night came out to check on my family of 10. Which was a bit disappointing for an establishment like Peohe's. Thank goodness they had Carrie.
