The new Sundance Supperclub menu is a huge hit. We splurged on appetizers so we weren't able to order a main, but all the more reason to go back. Each item was superbly presented and taste was off the charts. Great ambiance with the country music in the background and the new server outfits and the rest of the decor. Each season this restaurant really outdoes itself. Olivia, the new manager, knew who we were, and seated us promptly. Our server Jace is always informative, knowledgeable, recommended favorites and makes the best drinks to boot. Nicole came by to say hi and we hadn't seen her in a long time. Great first date night evening of 2025.

The food was very overpriced and not great. Service was not great. We asked for bread and they would not give it to us. Even though we saw other tables getting it

Waited 45 minutes past our reservation time for our table. Prix Fixe menu for New Year’s Eve and food didn’t appear fresh and entrees took entirely too long for a limited menu. Main server Nicole was good, but pace of courses was disappointing. Bar tender (we were seated in bar and had total view) tried to backfill a short pour of premium vodka with barrel.

Love the ambience and food was good. A nice place to celebrate my birthday. Would have been nice the wait staff noticed the special occasion on the reservation.

Service was efficient but not particularly personable. Salmon was way over cooked. Bison short ribs was delicious. Lamb shank was good. Rack of lamb had two small lollypop size pieces of lamb, not much food for the price. It was such a small serving that I wonder if it were a mistake. Except for the lamb all the portions including the sides were large. Best French fries I have ever had - four of us shared them and it was enough! I asked to have the music turned down and the hostess(?) graciously turned it down. I would go back but wouldn't order the lamb or salmon.

What an amazing experience at Periodic Table steamboat! They sat us right in front of the fire on a special date night. Great staff, very friendly and our steak was delicious and elk carpaccio :) can’t wait to come back next time we are in town

The Super Star was our server Morgan! She took our orders and requests perfectly. The miscommunication was happening in the kitchen, not Morgan’s fault. She was embarrassed and so apologetic when she came back to our table to see our first entrees of soups and salads arrived before our appetizers, which we had asked for them to come in reverse order. Our party of 6, everyone’s meals were delicious! Drinks were very good. Food entrees were plentiful.
