Pescatore Ristorante is a casual fine dining Italian restaurant featuring fresh seafood, scratch-made bread and artisan pizzas. Enjoy a cocktail, one of our numerous (12+) wines by-the-glass, or even your whole meal at our large mahogany and cypress bar. Alternately, enjoy your meal while being provided gracious service in our dining room. We are proud to be located in the former location of Mama Gilda's - a staple of the West Palm Beach dining scene from the 1940's to 1980 - two blocks north of Palm Beach Lakes on Dixie Highway.

                                                                                                    We had a reservation and arrived on time. The host was pleasant and seated us immediately. Our server was also pleasant and attentive throughout the night. She never rushed us. The noise level was high but I think it was because it was New Year"s Eve and there were some large parties seated around us. My husband and I shared a Hearts of Palm salad. When it arrived it was really a spinach salad with very small bits of the hearts of palm. There was the equivalent of less than one stalk. It was also overdressed with balsamic and I could not finish eating it. I don't recommend this salad. The bread served was fresh and delicious but we had a meager 3 slices and had to ask for more which the server's helper promptly brought. I had the Chicken Piccata. The portion was fine and it was tasty but oddly lacking capers. My husband had the seafood over linguini which he enjoyed. The overall theme seemed to be good food and service but stingy on bread and key ingredients. I would go back but I think I would order a pasta or pizza dish.

                                                                                                    We’re from out of town and used Google to find this restaurant. What a great choice. We started with the mussels which were outstanding!! We shared an order of penne and we had our own dinners. My wife had the.grilled Branzino and I had the Grouper, both of which were excellent. Dinner was topped off with Crème Brule and Pistachio Cheesecake. Couple with an excellent bottle of red wine and it made a perfect night to celebrate the New Year.

                                                                                                    We have eaten there a few times now and found the food consistency good. Each time we go there are more full tables so the restaurant is catching on but so far we have been able to drop in without reservations if we go early. I have ordered the sole francese the last two times because it is the best i have even had. Very lightly floured and prepared perfectly. Steven loves their mussels. Whatever dish we try, or whoever we bring as a guest, everyone feels this is a great spot to dine.

                                                                                                    Such a fantastic restaurant with delicious home made food, great service in a beautiful setting. Everything is amazing here I HIGHLY recommend. This restaurant is positively a winner!! I have over 1,000 reservations and over 600 reviews and dine out several days a week. You can trust this review that you will not be disappointed but impressed.
