Chef Chang seeks to undertake the monumental task of trying to change Americans' perception of Chinese food, and to bring exacting, high quality authentic Chinese food alongside excellent customer service to everyone across the United States.

To accomplish this, he knows he has to be creative and reinvent many classic dishes to tailor to the palates of the crowd, while adding his own imprint to create a modern, innovative take on many traditional dishes to attract those familiar with authentic Chinese food.

He hopes his passion can inspire other chefs and restauranteurs, until everyone in the United States can experience the flavors and nuances of his native country's cooking.

We had a large group. The food was good and came at an appropriate rate. Beverage service could have been better- I think the restaurant could have doubled the number of drinks served. Al in all it was a good experience and we would go there again.

Mostly everything was delicious. Leave the soup dumplings to a Shanghai specialty restaurant. They were not good. The bamboo flounder was excellent!
