The most delicious food it never disappoints! My third time here and as tasty as ever and such welcoming friendly, knowledgeable staff. Everyone we met couldn’t do enough for us. Great food and great staff.

Overall, really disappointing experience. Birthday meal but had to remind them twice to bring a happy birthday plate. Food was okay… tiny portions and super expensive. Really poor value for money. Won’t be going back.

Food was amazing as per usual. Service was very poor, took nearly 3 and a half hours to finish our meal due to very slow service. Drinks took a while every time. The service has been sub-par for years but the food outshines it each time.

Beautiful decor for this Edwardian building let's say that. 1. Tempura prawn portion is abysmal you do not even get a full size prawn, not even half of a prawn is in those tiny prawn balls. 2. Matchstick chicken Is basically bones. 3. Where i was seated, I was too tall for that space. Requested to be moved at first they couldn't move me as they were full but as a space became available they did so. 4. It's my third time here and as per usual the music is way to loud n ruined my evening. I don't want to be shouting over the table to be heard. Pls turn it down. The music they play doesn't match the atmosphere of the venue at all, techno music is a fancy restaurant is a NO. Overall food had nice taste. Moderate pricing, portion size is fair

Food was great, but the service really let it down. Table was late, understaffed, everything took too long. Asked for the service charge to be removed as we were just a bit sick of it. May be better when it’s quiet.
