   The food at this restaurant is truly outstanding—beautifully crafted dishes that showcase the incredible skill of the kitchen team. The ambience is equally lovely, transporting you to a charming Parisian bistro. The bar service and bussers were also fantastic. However, the restaurant did seem short-staffed on the floor, as we didn’t see our server for a long stretch, making it difficult to order additional drinks and dessert. Additionally, guests should be aware that reservations made through OpenTable come with a seating time limit, so be sure to plan accordingly. Despite this, the experience was overall wonderful, and the food alone makes it well worth a visit. I just hope they fine-tune the service to match the excellence coming from the kitchen!

   The regular menu at Petite Vie is excellent, but tonight’s wine dinner menu and pairings were outstanding. Vinny, Paul, Frankie, T.J., Angelyne, Grace and the rest of the staff did a great job!

   Our scallop and escargot appetizers were excellent. We could have had several appetizers for our meal.

   Excellent service and ambience. Trout was overly salted, the apple tart crust wasn't as crisp as I expected. Just right- sized portions. Overall though I recommend and would return. This is a wonderful addition to the western suburbs.

    Excellent food. Excellent service. It was fun sitting at the counter watching the chefs prepare our meals. Highly recommended.
