   Sorry but this restaurant has gone downhill big time: never enough wait staff and the food has taken a hit. Average at best. Doubt we will go back.

   Whoever was the cook that night was overcooking everything. We order Mongolian beef and Trio Teriyaki and both were overcooked it was likeleating jerky or leather. It wasn't crowded, but the main entrees took forever. No soy sauce on the table and had to get our server's attention to get some. We love the one at Tampa airport, but may not be back at this location again.

   Our server was excellent. He helped us with our selection process and described all our options. We received all our courses with perfect timing. Everything was delicious! I definitely recommend.

   PF Chang's always has, despite different locations, consistent food. This was nothing short of the experiences we are used to at PF Chang's. We had an amazing server, all of our food, which we got different items were amazing. I always go for the lettuce wraps because I'm gluten free. They even had a gluten-free menu printed out for me as requested on the Open table app. The drinks were absolutely delicious. We each had two drinks a piece and we all sampled the drinks and gave two thumbs up! I can't remember what everybody ordered exactly, but PF Chang's is a solid food place we will always go to. This one especially!

   Not busy still took quite some time for service. Then rice was served undercook and protein was over cooked

   We had a reservation for 7:30. We arrived at 7:15 and were seated around 7:35. We waited 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order. We placed our food order at the same time. Our appetizer didn’t arrive until 8:15. Don’t go here unless you like to wait.

    Took almost 25 minutes after being seated for any waiter to even acknowledge our presence and offer us water (I complained after 20 minutes). Portions were nicely sized. My daughter enjoyed her Korean style fried chicken (a newer menu item) and California roll. The lettuce wraps were ok but were very salty, as was my entree. Overall, our worst experience at a P.F. Chang’s to date.
