Never coming back again. Atrocious service and I’m sad to say that the food has become inedible. For reference, I’ve been a huge fan of PF Chang’s for over 20 years. Unfortunately, I think this was my last trip.

What a disappointment. The food used to be so good here, and now it tastes like freezer food made in an air fryer. The chicken was small and dry, the spring rolls tasted like oil. The lighting is bright and not relaxing at all. I will not be dining there again.

P.F. Chang builds beautiful restaurant interiors and the Palo Alto location is no exception. The vibrant colors and lighting paired with a low noise level created just the right ambiance for a birthday dinner for four, two of whom were vegetarians. The menu provided ample delicious choices for all of us. We enjoyed every bite of every dish. Our server was excellent. The birthday desserts he brought us to share were outstanding. What you might not expect at a Chinese restaurant is a fabulous Mojito. Make sure you have at least one!

My daughter really loves PF Chang’s so we go there alot . The service at the Palo Alto location isn’t great most of the time which is frustrating. The meals are pricey so I try to go before 3pm for the lunch specials so I don’t have to feel so bad about spending alot for not great service . It’s fine overall but not recommendation worthy

The waiter was great however the food was terrible. The pepper steak was over cooked and the sauce was tasteless. The chicken rice didn’t have any taste as well. The chili chicken was over cooked as well as the sauce. The only good thing were the string beans! We won’t be going back.😞

We had 7 for Fathers Day dinner. The menus were prompt and we gave a drinks order and appetizers order. They had barely been brought when our waiter asked for the rest of the order. They don’t change plates or clear the table of empty platters unless you ask them. The service was rushed. I don’t think they have enough wait staff. The food was excellent.

DEV a was an amazing waiter. So nice..knowledgeable and polite. I wish we could have him each visit. Bring back the veggie wraps please!!! I’m vegan and my choices are limited. I love them. Maybe also consider making the brussel sprouts with different sauce (maybe the garlic chili sauce) so that too can be vegan option too. Yes I did write to corporate months ago about the veggie lettuce wraps!! Thanks Debbie King
