Food was good served in a timely manner however the server seemed pre-occupied and was not very attentive. Nobody came to check to see if our meal was satisfactory nor did they return at any time to see if we required anything.

Every time we go, there’s not enough servers and we have to wait for a server even though we have a reservation. My napkin was dirty. Our service was incredibly slow, even though it was empty in there. It’s just not to the standard it used to be.

Chain Asian sitting outside the Royal Hawaiian mall. Convenient and food was as expected - good but not different then in any other branch.

Great meal eaten on the patio. Spring rolls and honey shrimp were excellent. We also enjoyed the lomein.

For a large chain restaurant, the food was decent. Didn’t love that the food was served with 10 minutes after we ordered - lol! The service was excellent! The white wine selection was very good.

Food was not very good. Chicken was over grilled and tough to chew. Lettuce wraps were sub-par. Our service was very good. This restaurant inside is extremely loud and it was not full. Not an enjoyable experience.

We eat here at times when we are in Hawaii. This time we tried the honey shrimp. At first glance the dish appears to be full of shrimp. Later you realize the shrimp are the smallest shrimp I have ever been served at any restaurant. These were like when you see those cheap shrimp cocktails where the shrimp are super tiny. Because the shrimp was so small it was full of batter. You could barely taste the shrimp. I didnt feel like eating batter for dinner. I literally picked the shrimp off the batter. When I was done eating the shrimp my plate was full of batter. ....Kinda sad since they just built a brand new P.F, Changes close to my home. But now I dont think I wanna waste my time or money eating there.

Would not go back again. Waited 15’ to be seated even with reservation. The beef entrée had low quality, grisly beef. Fried rice was dry. Had to ask for the included white and brown rice for entrées after our entrées were served. Waited another 10 minutes for included rices. Did not refill our water glasses. Also had to ask for a sauces. Did not recognize our anniversary which was on our reservation.
