I have been going to PF Changs for many years now and have seen a gradual decline in the quality of their food. This time around, I found the food was either overdone or overcooked. Quite disappointing! As far as the service, we found our waiter rushed the food out not giving us a chance to enjoy our meal. Overall, the dining experience was not worth the money I paid!

Did not like the location of our table. Celebrated a friends bday. We had our table behind a group and table was really close. We asked for a booth when we got there and was denied the request. I don’t plan to come back to this location. It appeared dirty as well.

disappointed that They took the Seabass off the menu, the Salmon was too fishy, the mongolian beef was tough, the korean chicken was too crusty and lots of flour

Enjoyed our meal and ambience. Thank you to Kim the Waitress whom step in when the original waitress had not come. She provided excellent Service!

Our waitress was AMAZING! Unfortunately, our dumplings appetizer was on the cold side. The price for the Mongolian beef was not worth the price. The portion keeps getting smaller. $25 is not worth it whatsoever, and we will avoid ordering it in the future. The sweet and sour chicken was delicious, as was the Singapore street noodles. Our waitress brought my daughter a free desert for her birthday. That was a very generous touch. All in all, we love PF Changs, Somerset. We will of course return. 4 stars for the price v. portion of food.

Ordered honey crispy chicken; sesame chicken; shrimp fried rice; crab wontons(appetizer); strawberry lemonade to drink; and red velvet cake for dessert. Shrimp fried rice was not as tasty as what you find in the typical Chinese restaurant. The fried rice along with the shrimp was very bland. The service however was very good considering the waitress was in training). The atmosphere of the restaurant was quite loud often causing the occupants of the table to raise their voice in order to be heard amongst each other.

Usually one of my favorite restaurants , but this visit was very disappointing , service was not good and so many favorite items were no longer on the menu, the food was flavorless very disappointing 👎🏻

Menu has changed. They removed some of the favorite salads and entrees. Pad Thai salad ingredients not chopped up, with 1/2 stalks of celery just thrown in and brown lettuce. Clumps of chicken were not cut up to reasonable size and were rubbery. Very unappealing in presentation. A lot of work to eat. Just disappointed in the limited choices. $75 for a less than mediocre dinner.

It’s always a reliable place for tasty food but it was quite loud and we were seated in the middle of the room- it seemed like people were always banging into our chairs like we were in the way. The waitress was great, but the people who delivered the food were border-line rude.
