   Food was good, they have a gluten free menu safe for celiacs. The service, on the other hand isn't so grade. They always seem to be understaffed as the service is slow. There is a particular waiter who somehow always ends up waiting on us and can't take good instructions. Always makes mistakes, whether it be the orders he takes or something being incorrect with the bill.

   The special appetizers were very good, as was the main course. Plenty of food - nice for sharing.

   Tasty food, inconsistent pricing for seafood options (dishes with prawns are less money than regular sized shrimps; substituting shrimp add-on isn't the best value).

   Food was average, certainly nothing to boast about. Service was good and the price point average. It has been a while since I ate at this establishment and I would need to think about returning.

   Always understaffed, I like the sushi there that’s about it. Everything else is very oily.

   I used Opentable to book a reservation for 7PM. The reservation was acknowledged, but I still had go back to the front desk to enquire about my reservation. Three two party couples that came in after me were seated before us. We were seated at the rear of the restaurant I was able to see the kitchen and the preparation floor. For my seat I could see the grease build on the floor with debris. At our table, there was no silverware. We had to ask for it when our appetizers came. The floor beneath my seat was so bad that our feet stuck to the floor. I have been to other P.F. Chang's and this is by far the worst. I will never go there again. Even after the bill came, our waitress took a very long time to come and pick up the check..even after we stood up so that she could see us ready to leave. P.F. Chang's in Westbury does not honor Opentable reservations that we could see. Please remove them or correct this behavior. Please fix this location.

   Decided on a whim to go back where we had our first date. Our server was great although food and drinks didn’t come out quickly . We loved every dish (dumplings, Mongolian beef, dragon roll, Kung pao shrimp, and especially the banana spring rolls w/ coconut ice cream for dessert

    From the beginning the experience was decent at best. It wasn't exactly bad; however, I don't see myself going back any time soon. The exterior is under construction which distracted from the overall aesthetic. While the host was pleasant and a hopeful waitress in training seemed to have the right attitude it appeared as if the rest of the staff would struggle to care any less about the customers and their experience. The plates given with our appetizers were clearly dirty and after sending them back to request new ones we waited 10 minutes for a replacement set of dirty plates as our food cooled. That was by far the worst of our experience. This is especially true considering that the kitchen is open to the dining room and plates were easily accessible. Beyond that the overall quality has gone down and it appears like the training of the FOH staff has gone down as well. Our waitress seemed to lack when it came to effectively managing her tables and t.he food "from farm to work" was lightly not nearly as fresh as the let on. Next the quality and presentation has declined over the years. Sad to say this location seems no better than Applebee's of Fridays in terms of overall quality while is a sharp decline from what was at one time a very nice night out. While I never expected fine dining my experience tonight was that of any typical chain restaurant with higher ceilings.
