   Premium beef quality, delicious broth. Chef is super down to earth and comes out to greet customers and make food recommendations. We've been here a few times and love it each time. However, we did notice the beef portions have decreased in our recent dinner. Otherwise, 5 stars.

   Just stopped by for lunch here - very glad we did! Outstanding pho, but many other Vietnamese dishes as well. Loved the eggplant, quite savory and cooked perfectly. A real deal, too. We'll be back.

   This is our first business meeting at Pho de Nguyen and we were celebrating a long project and some of the staff moving on to other opportunities. The owner is very friendly and took care of us with special appetizers and orders which exceeded our expectations. The food is awesome including the Pho some of the recipes are 100 hour cooking! They opened up the back room which accommodated our group of 22 with ease. After work outside created noisy levels, the owner provided music to soothe us during lunch! GREAT SERVICE & Food! You have to try it.

   The duck pho was not special as we’d hoped for, but there was no problem with it. However, we would come back for the Bun Bo Hue which had good quality beef and a delicious broth that wasn’t overly spicy. Took 1 star off because the noodle was a bit over cooked and the table & menu were sticky (like most typical Pho restaurants).

   Small Vietnamese restaurant along a street which has scores of ethnically diverse restaurants . Pho de Nguyen has a limited menu when compared to other Vietnamese restaurants. However, the boneless duck pho was tasty and not salty. My husband had the bun with shrimp, eggrolls and bbq pork which was also tasty but not a value when compared to other restaurants. I hope they will expand their menu. I will go back and try the oxtail soup.
