   The food was good but the service was not great. Our server was very rude and he brought the check and the payment machine when we were still having our dessert which is very inconsiderate.

   Lovely decor and a restaurant where they understand the effect of soft fabric on walls to control sound. The lunch special was incredible value and the food was wonderful. A lovely location which was busy at lunchtime. They deserve their success.

   Everything was good. The pizza and the branzino were excellent. We got the godmother pizza and it’s one of my top 5 pizzas in Toronto. I felt like the fried calamari needed fresh lemon to brighten up the fried fish and heavy mayo dipping sauce. The lemon cheese cake was way too sweet and heavy. Aside from that, everything was great. Service was great, staff were professional and friendly. The biggest turn off was the GM bringing the bill to the table at the EXACT moment our 2 hour time slot was up, without anyone asking, while we were still eating dessert. she brought the bill without anyone asking for it. I think that is tacky and to be honest it ruined my experience at the end of dinner. There were 8 open tables and no one was waiting to be seated. It’s a sign that you are being asked to leave and it bothered me enough to not want to go back. I could completely understand if there were people waiting to be seated but that was not the case.

   I came here with a friend, as I had been to other locations before. The service was not good. I had asked our server to get one of the rosé pastas with no pork as I don’t eat it, and he repeatedly said it was not possible- even though I faintly remember getting this pasta with no pork a while back, but I took his word for it. My sister went to the same location a few days later and got the exact pasta I wanted with no pork… extremely disappointing that the staff clearly isn’t knowledged on the menu. The service was also extremely slow. The food we did order did taste great, but it is quite bizarre that the server was lying to us about the modifications we can make to our meal….

   Food was great, as per usual but the service was not that great.. the waiter looked that he didnt want to serve us and just looked annoyed in general.. the experience would have been 10/10 with a more pleasant waiter.

   Food was great. Caviar, burrata, carbonara, tiramisu. The rigatoni meatballs was a bit bland and would’ve been better with more rosé or tomato sauce. The lighting above the first half dozen tables was violently bright and created a terrible vibe. Server was fine but indifferent and not warm or friendly. Maybe said ten words the entire time. Never filled our wine glasses from our bottle and barely checked in on us.

    Would have loved to give a higher review. We have heard wonderful things about this place and our friends were interested to hear we were going tonight. The food was good (solid) but not "wow" for the price. The service was a bit slow. We took advantage of the "Dinner for Two" special. We specifically asked if the lobster pasta was included and were assured by our server we could have any pasta. To our surprise, we were upcharged for this choice, something we were not alerted to at the time we ordered (after specifically asking twice). What was especially offputting was that the upcharge was higher than the difference in price between regular pasta and the lobster pasta. All of which left a sour taste in our mouth at the end of our meal, and will make it difficult to recommend to others. Does not live up to the hype, especially when the server misrepresented the price
