    Found hair in my food twice in the same night. Once with the appetizer plate, hair on the plate. The second time it was baked into my pizza.

    The Fun-Guy Pizza was one of the best I’ve ever had, and the Eggplant Parmesan was outstanding! However, the Carrot Cake fell short—it didn’t meet the same level of excellence and felt like a sharp downturn in what had been a great experience so far. What disappointed me the most, though, was the lack of acknowledgment that it was a special day for me. The staff made no effort to make it feel special, which left me wondering why the restaurant even asks for the occasion if it doesn’t enhance the experience in any way. This really dampened my overall impression, and I left feeling let down. I hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences.

    The food was horrible, very salty. The sauce for both pastas we got was extremely watered down and the cheese felt like starch. The ambiance was beautiful, however, I would only go back for drinks. Appetizer was also very bland.

    We were really looking forward to dining at Piano Piano. As soon as we arrived, we were told what time we needed to leave by to accommodate the next reservation. After being told we had a time limit, the service was quite slow, and not overly friendly. The food was good, but the only gluten friendly option seemed to be a couple appetizers and the GF pasta. The pasta was amazing, but the portion was a little small. We would have also liked to have some kind of a protein dish as well, but my allergy couldn't be accommodated. Overall, it was a little disappointing.

    We had heard about Piano Piano, but for some reason we had never tried it. We realized quickly that we should’ve come by sooner, because it was amazing. We dined in their basement area, where the vibes were incredible. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent as well. Would definitely recommend coming

    Great experience. Every dish we ordered was solid. Big portions, reasonable prices, beautiful ambience, fantastic staff. I think it’s worth the hype!

    First time here, and definitely not the last! My bf and I took my parents here for an early Sunday dinner as a Christmas gift, and it was a fantastic experience. The vibes were amazing, the food was delicious (got the “dinner for two” x2 to share), and the service was top-notch. I specifically requested a table on the lower floor to enjoy the view of the bar and unique atmosphere. (For those who prefer a quieter setting with more lighting, the first floor might be a better fit.) Overall, highly recommend!

    Very relaxed and welcoming service. Pasta pizzas and appetizers were great. Had a bottle of Prosecco, well priced and delicious! Will definitely recommend and return!
