They were short staff. The table was very wobbly. I informed 4 people before they ever resolved it. It took forever for the waitress to show. The servers skipped out tables several times not serving us the meats that is the main entree. The buffet food was cold. It was very crowded. The ambience could have been better.

All the beef was divine, chicken was overcooked and dry. It was pricier than other similar restaurants, with less variety than usual, but everything was delicious. Ordering water will get you bottled spring water, and sodas are glass bottled from Mexico (so no refills and surprise upcharge). Overall, it was good but cost significantly more than expected without the level of service anticipated for the cost.

The server we had didn't check on us for about 40 minutes. We got one lamb chop and one slice of steak that was dry and cold. The salad was not cut. I want be going back.

The place was shutdown. No post on social media or google stating this. It still let me reserve. I showed up with my party of 10 to celebrate a birthday and was very disappointed as it was a Friday night and most other places were booked. very inconvenient.

Very expensive. The cuts of meats were okay, need more seasoning, pichana needed more salt to bring out flavor. Items were missed, like yucca and cheese bread that others received but we were skipped and had to ask for the items. Salad cold bar was good, and black beans and rice were good. Bottled water for the table 6.95, soft drinks in bottles 3.75 each. The restaurant is pretty but very small. Asked for a corner table through Open Table but did not get one.

Very very overpriced our bill was over $300 for my husband and I and two children that is ridiculous and everyone drank water nothing special very disappointed with the service as well with one waitress and you have to beg for the next meat you want very disappointed and will never eat there again
