   had an incredible dining experience at Piccoli Trattoria! This cozy little spot absolutely nails that intimate, authentic Italian vibe, and every dish I tried was outstanding. To start, I had the fig jam crostini—the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The creamy cheese paired with the fig jam on crispy bread was a flawless opener. For the main course, the carbonara was spot on. Creamy, rich, and perfectly seasoned without being overly heavy. You could tell they use quality ingredients and traditional technique. But the standout for me was definitely the duck. Cooked beautifully—crispy skin, juicy meat, and complemented by a flavorful sauce. It’s not something you see on every menu, and they executed it perfectly. I finished with the tiramisu, and let me just say… it might be one of the best I’ve had in the city. Light, airy, just the right amount of espresso and cocoa—it was the perfect ending to an already fantastic meal. Service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. This place feels like a well-kept secret, and I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend if you’re in Brooklyn and craving quality Italian!

   The food was excellent. Our waitress was attentive and everything went very smoothly. I enjoyed the whole experience. It is a true neighborhood gem.

   The staff was wonderful. I had made reservation and was running late (very late) they held the table for me which was greatly appreciated. The food was excellent as well as the drinks. 10/10
