PI.E 3.14 Everyday Eatery opened in 2014 in the Village Shops of the Castle Hills subdivision, in Lewisville, TX (near the borders of Carrollton and The Colony). Nestled in a neighborhood, but also with easy access from nearby main roads, this restaurant offers the best of both worlds - an energetic atmosphere and a comfortable local bar feeling. Co-founded by Sean Conner, one of DFW's premier mixologists (and owner of sister restaurant T.B.D. Kitchen), PIE Everyday Eatery is focused on delivering quality food and cocktails in a community setting. From creative pizzas, house made pastas, bar bites and a stunning brunch menu, PIE's offerings are centered around fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients.

                                                                        This experience couldn’t have been more disappointing. We came at opening for brunch and it was just us for a good while. Yet still our waitress was as inattentive. Food was very average. The cinnamon rolls were the best, and they were chewy and the frosting was chunky. Bacon was over fried and scrambled eggs were very flat. Not worth the trek unless maybe you live next door.
