John was a great server. Place was busy, but John didn't rush us. Food was wonderful as usual.

A very nice bottle of Fume Blanc from the great wine list to start. My wife had a delicious Pistachio Cream Chicken and my daughter and I had perfectly cooked Ribeye Steaks. My wife loved their coffee which they had with their Dobos Torte for dessert. Service was friendly and efficient from Dawson. We all took home leftover boxes which will make for great lunches this weekend. A fine family dinner out!

The wait person was lovely and helpful and prompt. The food was delicious, except it was lukewarm. Not sure why, cuz that’s never happened before at PB. Overall the experience was very nice.

We hit it right with our entree choices tonight. Both the Delmonico steak and pork were perfectly cooked to the degree we requested. Both had perfectly complementary sauces. Green beans were grilled to perfection. Chefs outdid themselves. The only part of the experience that topped the delectable meal was the outstanding service from wait staff, Lucy. We’ve met some wonderful food service staff in our time in Lincoln but can’t think of anyone better at her job than this sharp and personable young lady. Thank you!
