Pierpont's at Union Station has been providing food and service as memorable as the historic setting since its inception in 1999. Named for railroad baron J.P. (Pierpont) Morgan, Pierpont's serves perfectly aged prime steaks and fresh seafood arriving daily. To complement your culinary selections, we maintain an extensive wine list featuring bottles from all over the globe, as well as boast a gorgeous 2-story bar equipped with a rolling library ladder.

Our Private Dining Rooms-located in the Wine Cellar, along with the Pierpont's Belvedere Room on the 2nd floor overlooking Grand Hall, offer more intimate settings for groups of 6 to 60. They are perfect for business or entertaining guests and each room is individually decorated, offering an exceptional place to celebrate a special occasion, close the deal, or have a gathering with friends.

                The bar ambiance is unique and worth visiting. Great happy hour! Our meal was outstanding with a good range of food choices and outstanding, professional service. It’s one of our favorite restaurants for celebrating and higher end dining.

                Dining at Pierpont’s was such a delight. They were extremely busy but every staff member we encountered from hostess to bar staff to servers were very friendly & helpful.

                Absolutely beautiful restaurant in an equally beautiful historical building. The crab and corn bisque was delicious. Loved the chicken and biscuit with cream gravy and my friend loved the crepes. Good wine selection. Very reasonably priced. Service was friendly and attentive. This is a must do when in Kansas City!

                My daughter and I were at Union Station for dinner at Pierpoints and the play Maxine. Food was cooked to perfection. She had the filet' and I had the venison both great. We had the roasted cauliflower appetizer which was delicious. I would recommend Pierpoints to anyone wanting a special night out.

                Bisque was served warm. Steak sandwich was average. Fries were good. Salmon pasta dish rather bland. Fish was overcooked. Waiter dropped check at table while we were eating. Based on other reviews, definitely expected better.

                Had an excellent experience starting with the gentleman that checked us in. Then our waiter was excellent also. We both had the burgers and they were huge, cooked to perfection and delicious. We also split the bread pudding and it was very tasty too.
