   We had a lovely family birthday lunch on the weekend. The Pig and Whistle staff were always friendly, happy to answer questions. served a cake we brought from home, provided us three candles and lit them for us. The pub ambience is very relaxed, not noisey and the lunch servings were generous. I highly recommend The Pig and Whistle.

   Table wasn’t ready when I arrived, but it’s was during a peak time so that’s excusable. And also due to the time there was a lot of noise so my and my date and I moved to an outside table for a bit more ambiance. Other than that, the food was excellent, the drink choices were abundant and had variety, and the staff and owner were very friendly and personable, not to mention the venue is just up the road for me so I will definitely be back!

   Meals are always good here and the staff are simply outstanding. Friendly, helpful and prompt service. The venue offers some lovely outdoor seating options as well as indoors.

   Nice food, good service, welcoming vibe. Just be careful not to over-order, as the meals are huge.

   Lovely service and food. Tim was wonderful with us and super courteous. The food portions are fantastic and seasoning was honestly perfect. Really good options and 12 beers and ciders on tap!! Really lovely staff. Thanks for the lovely experience

   This pub has a great Winter vibe with its English pub decor, beamed ceilings and wood fire. That said, our last visit was on a 38 degree day and it was still comfortable inside. Despite the heat we opted for some good stodgy food, slow cooked pork belly (no crackling be aware) on mash and a huge parma. There were a few vegetarian options for the non meat eaters. Table service was a nice touch and we could not fault our meals or the value for money. Just under $120 for 3 big mains and 3 drinks.

   Nice location, close to touristy places. Clean and lovely inside. Staff very attentive and food and drinks received quickly. Food was good pub food

    Went here on recommendation, and they were right. Super atmosphere; great customer service; can book online & they confirm; meals were tasty, served quickly after order, hot & plentiful. Would visit here again. Tip: arrive early because parking is limited & you may have to park on one of the surrounding streets.
