   I had noted it was my almost 9 years olds bday and no mention of it. We waited 30 min at the table for water. Then eventually got my drink and another 15 min for my sons. It was an expensive meal for a lack luster experience. Would not come back.

   Lovely view of downtown Los Angeles. The indoor restaurant has a clear ceiling and all-glass walls, and so we felt very "outside." Food was delicious, staff was helpful and attentive. They are a little short of staff these days, and so we had to wait about 10 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. We would come back, and I've already told friends how good it was. Plus, it was a convenient location for dinner before we attended a concert at the nearby The Belasco.

   Loved the ambience of the rooftop restaurant. The open air roof was nice. We had the rigatoni dish and it did not disappoint. Very flavorful and satisfying. The service was great initially, very friendly and helpful waitress but she disappeared and never returned and I had to get up and find someone to get us our check. Despite this, Would definitely go back.

   Loved the ambiance. The music was ideal for a Sunday evening and we ended up looking up several songs and had fun with guessing and nostalgia. The service was wonderful.

   LOVE this place! The oysters were delicioussssss and the drinks were refreshing! I would totally come back here! It's such a cute spot to eat with friends and your date! Overall very enjoyable social environment. Bring a jacket because it may get chilly at night during the fall/winter/spring! I really like that it's on a rooftop! The salad was delicious and refreshing too! I absolutely love the service as well!

   Had dinner at Pilot pre-pandemic and it was a fantastic experience! Cut to, a reduced, ho-hum cocktail menu and not great service. I asked for a modification to a drink on the menu (86 mezcal, add tequila). I was told drinks were premade and no mods possible. Understandable. I asked for a tequila sour and was charged $23 with an upcharged tequila without asking first. I ordered 2 so was floored when we got the bill and 2 drinks were $46. Ok if at a high end place, expecting it, but this was no high end dinner. They seemed understaffed. Took a long time to get our server's attention all night. Foc Pizza was incredible and truffle pasta was to die for; Lamb shank was lacking and a little gamey. Overall it feels like this place has gone downhill (drinks and service wise).
